 • Once your order is shipped via Bosta, you’ll receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with your tracking number.

📦 Inspection Policy

No returns or exchanges after delivery.

You can open the package and inspect the product before payment.

If you decide not to receive the order after inspection, you only pay the shipping fee to the courier.

If there is a clear manufacturing defect during inspection, you can refuse the order with no charges.

سياسة المعاينة 📦

لا يُسمح بالإرجاع أو الاستبدال بعد التسليم.

يمكنك فتح الاوردر مع المندوب قبل الاستلام وفحص المنتج قبل الدفع.

   إذا قررت عدم استلام الطلب بعد الفحص، فستدفع فقط رسوم الشحن لشركة الشحن.

في حال وجود عيب تصنيع واضح أثناء الفحص، يمكنك رفض الطلب دون أي رسوم.
